ETIC Engineering, Inc. offers a full spectrum of environmental compliance and assessment services to public utility companies within California. Our CPUC Clearinghouse multi-status diversity certification allows ETIC to contract directly to public utilities, providing exceptional environmental compliance, assessment, remediation, and construction services. Currently, ETIC performs Storm Water Pollution Prevention Planning (SWPPP) consulting, Best Management Practices (BMP) installation and environmental assessment services designed to solve our clients’ storm water, water quality, and environmental risk concerns. All services are individually tailored and applied to each site.

Our experienced professionals and contractors efficiently prepare SWPPP documents, Erosion Sediment and Control Plans (ESCPs), install cost-effective BMPs and provide experienced consulting services to eliminate or reduce environmental liabilities. Our turn-key approach to SWPPP preparation and BMP installation services result in lower project costs and expedited storm water compliance for all our clients’ projects.

In addition to storm water services, ETIC provides water-supply well installation and destruction services for older and inefficient wells, conducts scientific investigations for sensitive projects under the auspices of the Regional Water Quality Control Board, SPCC preparation and inspections, drinking water compliance and environmental assessment and remediation services.
