Senior Environmental Compliance Manager

ETIC in Pleasant Hill is seeking a Certified Professional Geologist (PG) or Certified in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) or a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ) who is qualified to manage storm water pollution prevention and planning (SWPPP) projects throughout California. In addition, the suitable candidate will be proficient in environmental regulations associated with preparing SPCC and hazardous material management plans, and understand regulations associated with drinking water in California. Duties will include providing technical expertise for storm water, SPCC, drinking water and hazardous material management projects, performing construction bid job walks, preparing proposals and cost estimates based on job walks and plan reviews.  The candidate will have a B.S. in Geology or Engineering or similar degree, at least 5 years environmental compliance experience, certified as a PG, CPSWQ or CPESC is a plus.

  • Proficient with several computer applications including MS Word and Excel;

  • Must meet company defined, pre-employment alcohol/drug screen; and

  • Valid California Driver’s License and good driving record.
